Welcome, Summer Solstice! Summer Solstice enters with warmth and relaxation of the Spirit. Summer Solstice, June 21, 2022 is the time in which we see all of the fruits of our labor come to fruition and produce nourishment within our lives. We can literally bask in the glow of our efforts and actions from the year prior.
Summer Solstice begins at the start of Cancer Season, which naturally causes awakening humans to reflect and grow in self awareness. Additionally, this time causes a great spiritual movement and soul rejuvenation. Self healing can begin to increase so that nourishment can be sent to the mind, body, and Spirit for further replenishment and ascension.
What did you begin approximately one year ago that you can reflect on and notice considerable shifts both within yourself and in your physical environment? Now is the perfect time to channel the rejuvenation of the sun's energy and the Spiritual energy spiraling in our atmosphere now.
If you are less than satisfied with the year that has passed since the last Summer Solstice, consider the following rituals for rejuvenating Spirit within and for transmuting the energy into the new cycle.
Consider the great dream that you have within your heart and soul that came through your being 1 year ago, yet action was not consistently manifested regularly to help the dream pick up physical momentum.
Now, consider who or what caused progress to slow down because external voices or opinions had more power than the Spirit speaking within. Identify those as you begin to create new actions and consistent steps as you move forward into the next year and cycle of life.
Create a fire this evening or an evening this week and visualize laying to rest all of the influences that keep you distant from Spirit’s calling that is radiating from your heart and sacral chakra space (creation center). As you gaze into the light of the fire, allow the next steps to be the rebirth of your inner dream and hand over everything that is pausing your plan to the fire for ultimate release.
Set intentions for the coming year!
If you are deeply satisfied with your progress within the past year, consider the following rituals for rejuvenating Spirit within for healing, and restoring.
Write a letter to your past self thanking yourself for beginning. Share with her what has transpired because of her focus and action over the past year! Tell her how very thankful you are for her fearlessness and unwavering commitment to the dream.
Rest. Spirit is requesting for you to plan for rest. Spirit has no plan for burnout within you, yet the physical temple requires rest. Sometimes when dreams actually manifest, overworking begins. The Summer Solstice is here to help rejuvenate your plans and your mind for the new phase of energy you may be finding yourself inside of now.
Set intentions for the coming year.
One year ago, I began my first ever Crystal Live Show! Nothing was perfect, yet everything was perfect. Elizabeth and Gigi were brand new at this teamwork and my dear friend, Honey sent me great tips and advice to help our Crystal Lives become more successful and smooth. I began my first ever Crystal Live on June 23, 2021. One year later, the community that is Live True has brought deep happiness and connection to my own life and the lives of every human that feels connected to our community. Today I thank the woman that started one year ago because in that year, I also retired from Public School Administration. We grew tremendously in one year and now we are aligning to grow with Spirit even deeper and more intensely.
Please keep in mind that celebrating the Summer Solstice is an ancient tradition! Cultures built incredible structures to activate the power of the Sun on this day and also celebrate and increase strength and inner power.
